Rules and Regulations for Groupe Tandel / Tandel Group Properties



The following clauses from integral part of the lease. Should any of these clauses be in
contradiction with the terms of the lease, the present clauses will prevail.
1) The lessee will not make any changes or alterations or hook-ups to the plumbing
system of the apartment and will not install a washing machine or dryer.
2 ) The lessee will not cover windows with bed sheets, paper, or any other material
than curtains or blinds.
3) PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING
4) The lessee is required to carry an insurance policy covering a sufficient amount.
5) An administration fee of $45.00 will apply for any returned cheque by lessee’s bank.
6) An administration fee of $100.00 will be charge for sub-lets or assigns its lease.
7) The lessee authorizes the lessor and/or its employees to enter the his apartment.
8) The lessee may not install any additional lock on apartment door.
9) The lessee will not store or install anything on its balcony.
10) The lessee will not leave shoes, boots, or other object out of door in the hallway.
11) The garbage and recycling must be wrapped and deposited in a place specified.
12) It is the responsibility of the tenant for battery operated smoke-detector in apartment
13) The lessee will not instal any heating or any other units in the apartment.
14) The lessee shall occupy his apartment in a responsible manner and will not cause
any disturbances to his neighbours including loud music or any other action.
15) THE TENANTS ARE JOINTLY AND SOLIDARITY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE RENT PAYMENT.
